As a community-funded non-profit, we believe cost should never be a barrier to your health or pregnancy.

If we connect you with outside medical or community services, we’ll explain any potential costs upfront and, when possible, help remove those barriers too.

Visits are private and judgment-free, and you can come alone or with someone you trust.

Many young women feel pressure to hide what is going on, so Charis Center focuses on giving you space to breathe, ask questions, and get clear information at your own pace.

We do not provide abortion medication or perform surgical abortions, and we do not refer for pregnancy terminations.

Our Pre-abortion Screening provides you with free testing, ultrasounds, one-on-one conversations with an experienced advocate, and an Abortion Pill CARE Kit with helpful resources and support.

Appointments are nurse-led and designed to be private, respectful, and supportive so you can ask questions and receive care with confidence and confidentiality.

Your visit is private. Information shared during your appointment is kept confidential as allowed by state law.

Conversations happen in a closed room, and staff members are trained to protect your privacy at every step.

Your information is not reported to insurance, employers, or anyone else. You choose who knows about your visit, and no one is contacted without your permission.
